Experiana Trails is committed to maintaining fair and flexible cancellation policies for all our travelers. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your experience.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation and secure your spot.
• If your booking is not confirmed within 3 hours of making the payment, Experiana Trails will automatically process a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by contacting our customer support team via WhatsApp or email.
Refund Structure:
More than 21 days before departure:
→ 50% refund of the total amount paid
10 to 21 days before departure:
→ 30% refund of the total amount paid
Less than 10 days before departure:
→ No refund
If unexpected weather conditions, natural calamities, or government-imposed movement restrictions occur:
• Certain activities may be canceled or rescheduled.
• Experiana Trails will try to offer alternative activities whenever possible.
• No refunds will be issued for activities canceled due to circumstances beyond our control.
Experiana Trails reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour at any time due to operational, safety, or logistical considerations.
In such cases:
• A full refund of the trip amount will be issued, OR
• An alternative tour of equal or greater value will be offered.
• If the traveler chooses not to accept the alternative, the original trip amount will be refunded.
Any request to change trip dates, accommodations, or itinerary items:
• Is subject to availability
• May incur additional charges
• Must be submitted at least 7 days before departure
• Travelers must carry valid travel documents (Aadhaar, passports, permits, etc.) as required.
• Travelers must comply with local laws, regulations, and guidelines at the destination.
• Experiana Trails is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury arising from:
- Flight delays
- Accidents
- Personal negligence
- Events beyond our control
Experiana Trails is not liable for cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by events outside our control, such as:
• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• War
• Pandemic restrictions
• Government actions
Travel insurance is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend travelers purchase it to cover unexpected events.
• This policy is governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
• We adhere to Consumer Protection Laws and operate in compliance with regulations of:
- Ministry of Tourism
- IATA (where applicable)
- Other relevant authorities
