Cancellation Policy

Experiana Trails makes every effort towards having fair as well as flexible cancellation policies for our travelers. The following are the terms:
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation and secure your spot.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing by contacting our customer service team.
  • If your booking is canceled more than 21 days prior to the departure date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • If your booking is canceled between 10 to 21 days prior to the departure date, you will receive a 30% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellation within 10 days of the departure date will result in no refund of the tour cost.
  • If the government imposes unexpected weather patterns or movement restrictions, certain activities may be canceled or rescheduled. Alternative activities will be offered by Experiana Trails where possible, but no refunds will be issued for activities canceled due to such situations.
  • Experiana Trails reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time, in which case a full refund of trip amount paid will be issued.
In case we are not able to provide the tour as per the itinerary, we will offer you an alternative tour of equal or greater value. If you choose not to accept the alternative tour, we will refund the amount paid for the original tour.

Additional Policies

By using our services, you are accepting our terms and conditions as outlined on our website, along with our booking, payment, and cancellation policy in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
  • Experiana Trails is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury occasioned as a consequence of any flight delay, accident, or any other unexpected occurrence beyond its control.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer for bookings. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Experiana Trails is not liable for cancellation, failure in providing service, or delay due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as natural disasters, war, or government action.
  • It is not mandatory but is strongly advised. It is advisable for clients to take out insurance for unexpected events.
  • Conflicts will be resolved by mediation, with the option for arbitration if required. Jurisdiction is in Indian courts
  • Experiana Trails is tasked with booking, making accommodation arrangements, and making overall arrangements for ensuring that the services are being delivered as outlined in the booking confirmation
  • Travelers are responsible for having the appropriate travel documents, such as passports and visas, in addition to adhering to visited destinations' regulations and laws.
  • All changes to a booking, such as days or itinerary, will be subject to availability and at an additional charge. Requests for possible alterations should be made at least 7 days prior to departure.
  • The laws of India govern this policy, and any suits would be within the purview of the Indian courts.
  • We are dedicated to adhering to the consumer protection laws of India so that our consumers are fairly and respectfully dealt with.
  • Experiana Trails functions in compliance with any regulations of the Ministry of Tourism, IATA, as well as other governing authorities.
